Toddy Flores, along with his brother Jojo Flores and other partners, is a co-owner of Cafe Gotsoul , Junior Filipino , and Jun Jun Restaurant in Montreal.

Cafe Gotsoul

Cafe Gotsoul is a recent venture inspired by vinyl listening cafes Jojo has visited around the world. It’s stocked with vinyl records (which are for sale), headphones, vintage boomboxes, turntables, and vintage amps and speakers. What many don’t know is that there’s a hidden Sneakeasy that houses over 300 collectible and rare pairs of sneakers for sale. You can access the Sneakeasy by appointment or with a special password to this exclusive hotspot. The venue also houses a DJ booth with Technics 1200 turntables, and the Flores brothers offer one-on-one DJ lessons for their students.

Junior Filipino Restaurant

Opened in late 2014 in Griffintown, Montreal, by Jojo and Toddy Flores, Junior aims to popularize Filipino cuisine. Drawing on family recipes and inspired by new-generation Filipino restaurants like Jeepney in New York, the brothers felt there wasn’t a proper representation of Filipino cuisine in Montreal, motivating them to open Junior.

Jun Jun Restaurant

Jun Jun is a newly opened Filipino restaurant located next door to Cafe Gotsoul and Junior in Griffintown. It offers a modern take on classic Filipino dishes with an elevated feel and fusion with other culinary influences. Rarely do you get to experience Filipino food presented in such a refreshing and unique way. With a heavy influence in music, Toddy and Jojo have set up an incredible vintage hi-fi sound system that amplifies and enhances your dining experience at Jun Jun
